Start your Sámi experience by hand-feeding a herd of 300 reindeer before entering the lavvu for a hot traditional meal cooked over the fire. Finish the day by gathering around the fire to enjoy joiking (traditional Sámi songs), Sámi history and stories.

We are a Sámi reindeer-herding family in Tromsø and have lived and worked with reindeer for many generations. Together with our herd of hundreds of reindeer, we welcome you to share our culture, traditions and way of life.
When you come to our camp you are not visiting an attraction — you are visiting the place where we live and work, and we would like to share it with you.
